The demand of the confirmed sample for participation in festival competition, it is necessary to fill on each project, the author or the competitor. The demand should be signed the competitor and is sent on the specified address of Organizing committee of festival. 

    The demand of the participant from a photo (the size 800Х600 300 dpi, no more than 2 pieces) is accepted in electronic (originally on an e-mail Newworldfest@mail.ru in file Microsoft Word) and without fail in printing. 

    Disks with technical marriage or demands with blank, unsigned, or the incorrect information can become the cause for removal of the nominee from competition. 

    Filled It is necessary to send the demand not later than May, 16th 2011года.

For participation in festival competition are necessary: 

 1. The filled Demand of the participant in duplicate (in electronic, and also on the paper carrier, signed by the applicant);
2. Execution/film record in duplicate on СD or DVD (necessarily signed by a marker);
3. A photo in electronic form (it is applied on the demand sent on to mail);
4. The demand of the participant for the paper carrier which is necessary for unpacking on one sheet (from two parties) and to sign.

Requirements to given works on Competition: 

    1. FOR MUSICIANS – It is necessary to give not less than 2-4 musical compositions (a genre and subjects any) on disk СD it is obligatory in format MP3; 

    2. FOR DIRECTORS of SHORT-FOOTAGE FILMS and ANIMATION – It is necessary to give a film (necessarily with instructions in the description of language of a film) on disk DVD in format MPEG; 

    3. FOR DANCERS and ACTORS – It is necessary to give on video of 2-4 numbers (a genre and subjects any) (duration of number of 5-10 minutes) on disk DVD in format MPEG; 

    4. FOR FASHION DESIGNERS – It is necessary to give on video the collections together with the enclosed folder of their photo on disk DVD in format MPEG and JPEG; 

    5. FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS – It is necessary to give 10-15 photoworks (a genre and subjects any) (in better quality) on disk СD in format JPEG.  

    FOR ALL – to Enclose a separate folder in electronic form the biography of the author (whenever possible with translation into English), 2 its photos and the work description).
