Concept
In the conditions of the modern quickly changing world granting to creatively gifted people of possibility to show on general public the talents and abilities it is represented the scale action directed on development of a civil society as a whole. At the same time, familiarizing of people with modern culture is impossible without studying of new directions in creativity of modern writers, executors and creative collectives.
The Moscow international festival of arts «NEW WORLD» urged to promote expansion of interaction of representatives of various cultures, to promote strengthening of friendly relations between them, to attach citizens to new talented products of modern writers, executors and creative collectives.
Thus, the Moscow international festival of arts «NEW WORLD» puts before itself three primary goals:
1. Familiarizing of citizens with talented products of modern writers, and also modern culture of Russia and other countries.
2. Revealing of operating approaches to formation of the citizen of the XXI century, possibility granting to creatively gifted people to show the talents, abilities and knowledge.
3. Propagation of new directions in the modern art, revealing of new styles and directions in the field of various kinds of creativity, perfection of performing and author’s art.
